Georgia football has been receiving a lot of good news on the recruiting trail recently, unfortunately it has not resulted in any commitments for Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs in the last month. But there is always a chance a commitment could happen any day now, so as long as Georgia continues to put themselves in a great spot with their top targets then it's likely just a matter of time until Georgia adds another commit to their class.
However, there is one recruit Georgia is after who announced an upcoming commitment date. On top of that, he also announced a few official visits during a very strange time of the year.

4-star CB J'Vari Flowers
J'Vari Flowers is a four-star corner from Miami, FL. According to the 247Sports composite rankings, Flowers is the No. 82 overall player in the country. He also is the No. 12 corner in the 2026 class and the No. 12 overall player from his home state of Florida.
On Thursday, Flowers announced a list of schools that he has scheduled an official visit with, and that includes an upcoming official visit with Georgia. However, all six of the official visits he scheduled are in March, which is very abnormal. Most recruits will start taking official visits towards the end of May and throughout June, but Flowers has a different plan in mind for his recruitment.
The reason he has selected all of these dates in March is because he reportedly plans to announce his commitment on March 31. This means that Smart and his staff don't have a lot of time left to recruit Flowers before he commits.
No official prediction has been made on 247Sports yet, but On3 has Miami (FL) as the heavy favorite in this recruitment. This really isn't all that surprisng considering Flowers is from Miami, but this does speak to how difficult it will be for Georgia to win this recruitment.
The Bulldogs will have their chance with Flowers when he is in Athens on March 17, but this isn't a recruitment any Georgia fan should get too excited about right now.
