3. College Football Playoff Semifinals vs Ohio State

From a pure entertainment factor this game should probably be one sport higher, but the final two spots are reserved for two special games from Smart's tenure.

So up next we have Georgia's thrilling 42-41 victory against Ohio State in the College Football Playoff semifinals.

This game did not start well for the Bulldogs as Ohio State jumped out to a 21-7 lead eary in the second quarter. But Georgia found themseleves soon after and even held a 24-21 lead later in the second quarter.

From there however it was all OSU once again who extended their lead once again to 38-24 by the end of the third quarter. But Georgia once again turned it on from there, scoring 10 points in nearly 90 seconds to cut the Ohio State lead to four. The Buckeyes scored a field goal of their own, but UGA took a 42-41 lead with under a minute to play.

The game however wasn't over from there as Ohio State had a chance to win it with a last second field goal, but we all know how badly that kick was missed.

Georgia marched on to the national championship game (which we'll get to a little later), but this game ended up feeling like the defacto national championship game. It's harder for any one game to have more excitement than this, but Georgia was thankfully able to get it done by never giving up even when they fell behind, which has become a normal trend under Smart throughout his tenure.
