The NFL Draft is quickly approaching, so that means it is time for Georgia football fans to sit back, relax and enjoy all the success that UGA finds at the draft every year. Everyone knows by now how great Georgia usually does at the draft as they routinely are one of the schools with the most players selected every year. This includes in 2022 when Georgia set the record with 15 players drafted in the same draft.

Georgia may not break that record this season, but draft experts are very high on Georgia heading into this spring's draft at the end of April. That includes ESPN's Jordan Reid who recently predicted three Bulldogs will be selected within the first 16 picks of the NFL Draft.

Bulldogs predicted to go in the 1st round

Jalon Walker - 6th overall

Mykel Williams - 13th overall

Malaki Starks - 16th overall

No Georgia fan will be surprised to see any of these players get selected this high in the draft later this year. The Bulldogs are fresh off another season where they had a dominant defense leading the way all season long, and these players are some of the biggest reasons why Georgia's defense was so elite.

There is still a long time between now and the NFL Draft with multiple opportunities for these three players to showcase how talented they are on the football field. Georgia will have a Pro Day later this year and these three will also be invited to participate in the NFL Draft Combine as well.

These two events will allow each player to make their case as to why they should be one of the first players selected in this year's draft, and knowing how talented they all are Georgia fans are confident that they will do just that in the coming months.
