Georgia is a few days away from their chance to right their wrong from a week ago. The Bulldogs lost to Auburn last week, but now they get a chance for redemption as they get another rivalry game against Florida.

Games don't get much bigger than this, but this year Florida actually has a good team and is ranked inside the top 20 of the AP Poll. Georgia fans as a result will get to listen to one of the premier broadcast teams call this game.

Who is calling the Georgia vs Florida football game?

Arguably the No. 1 crew in all of college football will be calling this game as Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit will be in the booth. Holly Rowe will be roaming the sidelines throughout this game as well.

This group always calls one of the biggest games every week during the college football season, so the TV networks believe that this rivalry matchup is one of the best games this weekend.

What time is kickoff between Georgia and Florida?

Kickoff between Georgia and Florida is scheduled for 3:30 pm EST on Saturday, Oct. 31. This game will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA since their traditional stadium in Jacksonville is under renovations. Georgia and Florida will play in Tampa next season before returning to Jacksonville during the 2028 season.

How to watch Georgia vs Florida

Georgia's matchup against Florida will air on ABC. This game will also be available on the ESPN app and Fubo TV.

What's at stake when Georgia and Florida play this weekend?

A lot is on the line for both Georgia and Florida when they meet this weekend. For Florida they still have an outside shot to make the SEC Championship game if they win the rest of their conference games. They do already have two losses, but only two teams in the conference have one loss this year so there's a chance a two loss team makes it to Atlanta at the end of the season. A win for Florida could propel them to be that team.

Florida also needs to win out to have a good shot at making the playoff. A 10-2 record in the SEC most years will be good enough to make the playoff, but if they lose one more game then they might have to wait another year to make their first ever playoff appearance.

Georgia on the other hand is in the driver's seat when it comes to making the SEC title game and playoff. They could still lose one more game and still feel good about their chances of making the playoff, but it would be nice to hold onto that loss for as long as possible to keep some breathing room.

Georgia and Kentucky also are the only two teams in the SEC with one loss this year, so all UGA has to do is win their final four conference games and they will make it to Atlanta to defend their back-to-back SEC titles.
