2. Georgia Bulldogs
2024 SEC Record: 6-2
Georgia is the reigning SEC Champion and they once again have the roster to win the conference. But the Bulldogs have an unproven quarterback in Gunner Stockton who did not excel during his limited playing time last season.
Stockton however was thrown into the fire after Carson Beck was injured during the SEC Championship game. He does deserve some credit for helping lead a comeback against Texas in that championship game, but he didn't do anything in the College Football Playoff that would give people reasons to be confident in him.
But if Stockton is able to blossom into an elite quarterback, this Georgia team will be talented enough to win a National Championship.
