Week 1 Result: 61-6 win vs Central Arkansas
Missouri will be an interesting case study this season after their solid couple years they are coming off of. The Tigers have never been able to sustain success in the SEC since they joined the conference, so most would assume now is the time for them to fade back into irrelevance, but a few big additions out of the Transfer Portal gives them some life this season.
Missouri did everything right in their week one win against Central Arkansas, but there were countless of other impressive performances in the SEC that will prevent Missouri from earning a lot of respect right now. But a win against a rising Kansas program this week would look really good this early in the season.
