3. Georgia Bulldogs
Week 2 Ranking: 1
Week 2 Result: 28-6 win vs Austin Peay
Georgia soared to the No. 1 power ranking in the SEC after their dominant week one win against Marshall, but an uninspiring win against Austin Peay in week two sent the Bulldogs down the rankings a little bit.
It is worth noting that Georgia's defense appears to be just as good as they usually are, so every SEC team should be concerned on that front. Bt the Bulldogs offense left a lot to be desired on Saturday as they just couldn't get anything clicking against an FCS opponent.
Georgia now hits the road for the first time this season as they head to Knoxville for the game of the week against Tennessee. The Vols once again look like one of the best teams in the SEC, so Georgia is going to have to play much better if they are going to leave Tennessee with their ninth straight victory over the Vols.
