Zachariah Branch may have only spent one season at Georgia, but he quickly became one of the fanbases favorite players. That probably is an easy thing to do though after he set the all time single season receptions record.
While Branch made a fan out of every Georgia fan he has not done that outside of Athens. Nobody hates Branch per se, but they believe he benefited from Mike Bobo's offensive play calling and is not a complete route runner.
The Atlanta Falcons however proved all of those doubters wrong with one simple highlight they posted on social media.

Zachariah Branch quickly eliminated the biggest concern surrouding his game
The above highlight may seem really basic, and that's because it is. All it shows is Branch making two simple catches during practice. But these are plays some people didn't believe Branch could make, so seeing him already prove them wrong is an awesome thing to see.
Many analysts didn't believe that Branch was a complete route runner after he was drafted by the Falcons. They believed in his speed and athleticism, but they didn't think he was able to run the routes that NFL receivers need to run to create separation in the league. But in just one video Branch showed that is the furthest thing from the truth.
At Georgia he absolutely benefited from the play calls Bobo made. Bobo ran a heavy screen offense that essentially used Branch as an extension of Georgia's run game. And with how fast and elusive he is it's hard to blame Bobo for doing that. But just because that is what Branch did in college doesn't mean he isn't a good route runner too, and he is quickly proving that.
It will be interesting to see how this translates during his rookie season this fall, but this highlight shows that no one should have anything to worry about.
