In an interview with Atlanta Journal-Constitution recruiting reporter Michael Carvell, 2016 Georgia offensive line commit E.J. Price gave a little teaser about two (as he characterized it) “big time guys who should be committing soon.”

Price doesn’t name names about who those commits are, but Carvell gave a couple of speculative guesses in 4-star defensive tackle Tyler Clark out of Americus, Ga. (Americus Sumter County South HS) and 4-star defensive back Chad Clay out of Suwanee, Ga. (Peachtree Ridge HS). If those are indeed the two players who will be committing to the G, the 2016 class would certainly become a beast.

Clark is almost a lock to choose Georgia according to the 247 Sports crystal ball, and given the amount of defensive talent Jeremy Pruitt is luring in to Athens, that’s not surprising at all. Clay is a strong 72% chance of becoming a Bulldog, with Ohio State, Florida and Clemson also on his list.

Both recruits could be announcing their decisions any day now.

Georgia currently has the No. 6 ranked recruiting class for 2016 according to the 247 Sports composite rankings, and the possible addition of these two 4-stars could bump that ranking up as high as No. 3, giving the Bulldogs a 5-star, seven 4-star and four 3-star recruits already.
