Coaches

Story time. There once was a Coach named Fulmer who got really lucky one year and won a national championship. All Tennessee fans loved him and life was good. Then as the years went on his teams got consistently worse because he was not that great of a head coach. All of his former supporters began to turn on him. This made Fulmer sad and he began to eat lots of donuts to ease his pain.

Fulmer was eventually fired, and Tennessee hired a new young coach who did not like donuts as much and had a hot wife…so he must be a good choice. For the purpose of this story lets call this coach Kiffin. This brash young man hit the ground running immediately making a huge impact for the Vols…

By violating NCAA rules.

Kiffin and his hot wife got a call and decided to pack it up and move to Cali so his wife could work on her tan and he could destroy a former Top 10 program. Tennessee fans were angered by this and began burning mattresses and rioting. It was time for Tennessee to find a new coach and they decided to try out a Dooley.

Dooley would be their saving grace for sure right? Wrong! After a few years of heartache and losses Tennessee bought out the contract of the one they previously thought to be their savior and moved on. Speculation arose throughout the fan base. Who could it be? Gruden? Nope. Strong? Negative. Surely Fedora or Gundy…no they said no too. So Tennessee did the only thing they could think to do… they hired one of the only coaches Dooley actually beat! Will this team live happily ever after? I do not think so…but as a Georgia fan their coaching situation is always an entertaining one to watch.
