Fan Base
Ok I actually cannot really hate the Auburn fan base too much for one reason–memes. Some of the world’s best memes come from pictures of Auburn fans. Whether it be Uga trying to bite a player, the Auburn line spelling their school name wrong, or the Auburn fan with his hat on backwards and hand trying to keep the sun out of his eyes…I just love them all.
My favorite Auburn fan base craze was when they took the national championship trophy to the local grocery store and took pictures with it in front of a soda display. You can’t make this stuff up. The internet was invented so the rest of the SEC could laugh at Auburn fans.
I hope with all the expansions and possible conference realignment that the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry continues forever. I want to be able to teach my children to hate the Auburn (insert whatever mascot they go by this week here). Go Dawgs!
