Tyree Crump and Jordan Harris commit to Georgia Bulldog Basketball for 2016

The Georgia Bulldog basketball program put the disappointment of the Melik Beasley loss squarely in the rear view mirror tonight with the news that 2016 Rivals four star guards Tyree Crump and Jordan Harris have committed to play basketball for the University of Georgia.

Crump is a 6’2” 170 lb shooting guard from Bainbridge, Ga and plays his ball for Bainbridge High and Showtime hoops. He

from Auburn, FSU, Memphis, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Wake Forest. Crump is currently ranked number 85 by Rivals.com in the class of 2016.

Jordan Harris is a 6’4” 175 lb shooting guard from Donalsonville, Ga and plays for Seminole County High and Showtime Hoops. Paul Konyndyk of Spartan.com reports offer for Harris from UConn, Tennessee, Florida State, Memphis, Mississippi State, Oklahoma State, and Stanford..

Harris is currently ranked number 90 by Rivals.com in the class of 2016.

After playing together this summer, Crump and Harris want attend to Georgia as a package and are the first 2016 commitments for the University of Georgia’s Head Coach Mark Fox. With Charles Mann and Kenny Gaines departing no later than spring 2016, these are two timely commitments at a position of need for the 2016 recruiting class.
