The Bulldog Nation should not panic because…

Todd Gurley. The best running back in the nation is playing for your team, and he can change a game in a heartbeat.

It pains Georgia fans to the core to think about what might have been if offensive coordinator Mike Bobo had called Gurley’s number on the 4-yard line against South Carolina. Most bet that it would have been a better result than an intentional grounding penality, even if he didn’t score in one attempt.

Todd Gurley is going to get his yards every game, even when defenses try to lock down on him. And in doing so, those defenses are leaving things open for wide receivers and other running backs to may a little hay in the shining sun.

When you have a guy like Todd Gurley on your team, you are basically in every game that you aren’t down by three or four scores. And even then, you can still be in it.  The kid returns kicks too, in case nobody noticed.
