No. 7 – Chris Warren, Running Back

Warren, a 6’2, 240-pound running back out of Rockwall, Tx. (Rockwall H.S.), could be yet another huge addition to the stable of Georgia running backs.

A 4-star prospect, Warren is rated as the No. 10 player in the state of Texas, and the No. 7 running back in the nation by 247 Sports. He’s been clocked at a 4.62 40-yard dash, and has size and strength to go along with that speed.

This kid could be seriously undervalued, and the Bulldogs would love to get their hands on him. Unfortunately UGA is way down on the list of schools that Warren has an interest in, and not even in the four of 26 schools who have offered him being seriously considered.

Likelihood of Commitment to Georgia – Right now Texas is number one on Warren’s list, and Charlie Strong will work hard to keep him in-state. Texas Tech, Oklahoma State and Washington are also possible. Georgia has offered Warren, but hasn’t recruited him hard. Very slim chance he ends up a Bulldog.
