Georgia Football got a big boost to its 2018 class on Monday when CB Chris Smith committed.

There has been a lot written the past month about how the Georgia Football team is struggling to recruit for 2018. As good at the 2017 class was and the 2019 class could be, 2018 has looked worrying for fans. After nothing but bad news on that front for nearly 6 weeks, Georgia finally got some good news on Monday, when 2018 CB Chris Smith committed to UGA.

So what does his commitment mean to UGA going forward? Is Smith the kind of player that fans can rally behind? Are we expecting May to be a better month for UGA then April?
