Trey Hill was a big man on campus:

Let’s start with the big men, shall we? Georgia Football is building itself up as a location for top offensive linemen right now with Sam Pittman. Trey Hill is the nations no.2 ranked guard in the 2018 class. He’s very close to being a 5-star prospect and when you watch him play, that’s not surprising.

Hill has tremendous power through his lower body and that is where he excels as a prospect. That power will work really well as he continues to work on his technique going forward. That is one of the main reasons that Hill needs a great O-line coach. He has the raw tools to have a future in the NFL and to me, that is why UGA would be a good choice for him. Pittman has consistently shown that he can develop talent.

Jeff Sentell from Dawgnation.com did a great article about Hill last week. He makes the point that the big focus for Hill is how his team positions him for 2020/2021 rather than starting in 2018. For me, that’s an area that UGA is really well situated and it’s why I think we should be the best fit for him. It also shouldn’t hurt that his former teammate Jake Fromm is doing so well in Athens right now.
