Georgia Football has been killing it on the field and the recruiting trail this season. But as the season gets more serious, commitments may slow down.

Georgia Football fans have had a pretty great season so far. As I wrote the other day, even when they have a week off, the Dawgs just keep on winning. With Adam Anderson now back in the 2018 recruiting class, that unit is started to really shape up. Right now, it is up to no.6 in the country and there is a very good chance it goes quite a bit higher.

That being said, as the season gets more and more serious, fans might have to wait a bit when it comes to recruiting. Georgia and its coaches will likely be very focused on winning their games going forward. While Kirby Smart loves recruiting, I wouldn’t be shocked if we see a little less hustle on that front for a few weeks.

Georgia is right in the meat of their schedule now. With Florida, South Carolina, Auburn and Georgia Tech all to come in the next 5 weeks. That’s 4 rivalry games, all of which matter. As good as UGA’s season has been so far, the rest will define how we remember this team.

Now, UGA has been able to combine recruiting and winning very well right now. There are other factors as well that are in play, however. So let’s take a quick look at where UGA stands with their main targets and why they might have to wait until the season ends to finish off this class.
