Georgia Football: Top-10 most exciting players to watch in 2019

#9: Adam Anderson

The No. 9 guy on this list is sophomore Adam Anderson. Last year he got better each game and earned more and more time on the field.

Anderson had 16 total tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, a half a sack, four quarterback hurries, and one pass breakup.

Now he’s had a full year under his belt, and he looks like a fully grown man. Anderson can really make some noise this year, and I  believe he will.

Out of all the young defensive talent that the Dawgs have, Anderson is one of the guys that is a silent killer. You don’t hear about him much in the media, but he does his job and what he’s supposed to.

Anderson’s silently waiting to explode onto the scene, and I  believe 2019 could be the time we all see it. He’s one guy who I  could see emerge as a leader if he earns the playing time and gains the confidence he needs to.

What makes him one of the most exciting players to watch this year is because I  don’t think we know just how good he can be yet. This year will be one where we Anderson grow into a key contributor on defense and one of those guys that create the havoc the Dawgs need.
