Georgia football has done a great job producing these weekly hype videos, and it seems they get better as the season progresses.

This week is the final home game of the year, and the Dawgs finally get to honor them after losing that ability last year.

Georgia senior nose tackle Jordan Davis narrated the most recent hype video, and it provided a powerful moment. Watching this video seems to stop time and make people realize, wow, four years have really gone by fast. It’s powerful because of its message and showing what it means to be a part of the Red and Black.

While we all thought the leaked head coach Kirby Smart audio would be the best media all week, this video topped it.

He talked about their entire journey, moving in as freshmen to now and what they’re fighting for this year. The video starts with the commitment time, and it goes through their journey until the present day.

Davis looks back on everything that makes Georgia a special place to play football. Thankful for Dawg Nation, his coaches and everyone who has touched him the last four years.

β€œWhat started with a commitment finishes off with a lifelong connection and an unbreakable bond,” β€” that statement perfectly defines what it means to be a member of the University of Georgia family. It gives the fans a smidge of what kind of connection this group has.

This senior class and this team have a tight-knit bond that they will never break because of their accomplishments this season. It’s already special to be Georgia players, but what they’re doing puts them in a class that maybe the 1980 and 1942 teams can understand.

A love so deep you’ll sacrifice your body and mind for the greater good. This video reminds us that four years fly by quicker than we ever want them to, but at the same time, it provides something for recruits to watch and see what it means to be a Dawg.

Georgia fans have seen special teams in the past, like the year Sony Michel and Nick Chubb came back for their senior year, but his group right here is unmatchable. They are so selfless and humble about everything, not just what they do on the football field.

This video isn’t just for the fans and seniors β€” it’s for the future of this program as well. Whatever Smart is doing with this program needs to continue at all costs. The message he sends should make every recruit Georgia reaches out to commit to the Dawgs and be a part of the most incredible family.
