Georgia football will close out its home season against Charleston Southern with yet another noon kickoff. However, the weather will be excellent for November.

According to weather.com, the Dawgs will see a mostly sunny day with five to 10 mile an hour winds throughout the day.

At kickoff, it will be 52-degrees, and the temperature will increase to a high of 58-degrees by the time the game finishes. The sun should shine, giving some extra warmth for fans, which because even though it says 52-58 degrees, it’ll feel like it is in the 40s.

It’s still good to wear some layers just in case you’re someone that gets chilly, but it’ll be a pretty solid day for the typical late fall, early winter attire that everyone is slowly starting to wear.

Grab your favorite beanie hat and wear it this week to keep those ears warm and a red or black jacket because it’s not going to be quite warm enough for one layer.

For another week, the football gods have blessed the Dawgs with no risk of rain, so no need for ponchos or umbrellas on Saturday.

The early risers who get to Athens around 7 a.m. will see 36-degree weather, but it will warm up as the tailgating continues.

Georgia needs its fans in Sanford Stadium early and loud even though they’re playing Charleston Southern because they are the 12th Dawg and make a difference.

Not to mention it’s senior day for Georgia, and there is a large group that deserves a full stadium when they do their senior day festivities.

So make sure to get there early, Dawg fans, and be loud. The movement from cheering and shaking those pom-poms will warm you right up, and that chillier weather shouldn’t bother you at all.

Help Georgia send their seniors out on the right note by being there regardless of opponent and by being the best crowd of the year yet. Who cares if it’s a noon game against an FCS opponent, the crowd noise will still matter, so do your part.
