Georgia football has just a few days until the Dawgs take on Ohio State in the Peach Bowl. The wait is finally over, and the Peach Bowl festivities can finally begin. Both teams arrived in Atlanta on Monday, and it will be a week full of discussions as the most anticipated semifinal matchup is finally here.

The teams will talk with the media and continue prepping for this game as Ohio State looks to shock everyone and Georgia looks to hold onto its throne.

This game on Saturday will be physical, explosive and precisely what a semifinal matchup should be like. Ohio State is coming for blood, and so is Georgia. There is no in-between for these two programs. They’ve only played one other time, and neither fan base likes the other.

Georgia football is coming for blood against Ohio State.

The losses Ohio State took last week during the early signing period will not be the only defeat they suffer this month. Georgia has had enough time to prepare for the Buckeyes, and while they have a great offense, the Dawgs also do.

Neither team should overlook the other because both have great qualities about them. Georgia has a dominant defense, while Ohio State has an offense that can hurt opponents. However, Georgia hasn’t played someone like Ohio State outside Tennessee, and the Buckeyes haven’t come close to playing a Georgia-like program this season.

The festivities can finally begin, but don’t let the fun distract you because this Georgia team is coming for blood. Georgia wants to dominate, demoralize and destroy the Ohio State ego that surrounds the Buckeye’s program. This game isn’t friendly by any means.

Both coaches respect each other, but head coach Kirby Smart will have his guys sniffing out blood. There is a chip on Georgia’s shoulders the size of the state of Texas. They are not about to let Ohio State ruin the Dawgs’ chances at going back-to-back.

The Dawgs are far too talented on the defensive side of the ball to let the Buckeyes get comfortable. Not to mention starting quarterback Stetson Bennett has something to prove against his fellow Heisman Trophy finalist. Will he outplay another elite quarterback and prove those star ratings don’t matter? There is less than a week until we find out, and the wait is harder than ever to withstand right now.

Georgia is coming for Ohio State, and it will be a respectful beatdown. The Dawgs will not show any mercy because they know it will be a powerful moment if the right message gets sent.
