Georgia football fans may not care who Lee Corso picks in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game, but pick he a team did.

Lee Corso is a staple on the ESPN College GameDay set, and despite recent health issues, he’s as feisty as ever and loves firing up the crowd with his analysis and, at times, good-natured ribbing.

In an always anticipated moment before a college football game, Lee Corso gave his official “headgear pick” just before kickoff at the National Championship Game.

Some fans believe that having Corso pick your team is actually a curse. Nah, no such thing as curses, right? The former FSU coach just likes playing to the crowd and having fun. His picks have no effect on the way the universe spins.

Desmond Howard went with TCU, David Pollack stayed true to Georgia and picked the Dawgs, and newcomer Pat McAfee went with Georgia.

So who did Corso pick for this game? Did he put on the Super Frog head or the ever-poplar Hairy Dawg?

Well, Corso went with the Horned Frogs. Too bad for TCU and the curse, right?
