Georgia football is set to take on their in-state rival Georgia Tech with a chance to reach seven wins in a row against the Yellow Jackets. That will be no easy task as Georgia Tech enters this game with a 7-4 record and being the only team that has defeated Miami (FL) this season.

The Yellow Jackets are riding high and playing with a lot of confidence, but so to are Kirby Smart and Georgia. So that fact alone will make this game very interesting.

But before the game gets begins, here are three bold predictions that will allow Georgia to win this game if they come true.

1. Georgia doubles Georgia Tech in total yards

Georgia's offense is really starting to click in recent weeks. Carson Beck has played two of the best games of his career in UGA's last two outings, and the Bulldogs' offense sounds like it might be getting a little healthier for this game as well.

Georgia's defense on the other hand is going to want to prove themselves after a not so great performance against UMass last weekend.

So combine all of that and Georgia's offense will double up Georgia Tech's offense in total yards. The Bulldogs are going to score early and often while the UGA defense will force a lot of early three and outs, which is going to put this game away by halftime. At that point, Georgia will be looking to burn as much clock as possible to give the Yellow Jackets very little time to make a comeback.
