Georgia and Kirby Smart are in full offseason mode which means it is time to attack the Transfer Portal. Smart and his staff have already contacted a lot of the top players in the portal, but they are yet to add a transfer yet.

That hopefully will occur very soon, but until it does it is extremely important for Georgia to target these three positions as aggressively as possible in the Transfer Portal.

1. Defensive Line

Georgia's defensive line typically is one of their strengths, but that was not the case this year. They got off to a rough start during the first half of the season as they failed to get to the quarterback regularly. That did improve throughout the second half of the season, but they still left a lot to be desired.

This is arguably the most important position for Georgia to target in the portal, and Smart and his staff have already shown that they agree. They have already begun targeting a few defensive linemen in the portal which includes the No. 2 overall player in USC's Devan Thompkins.

He would be a massive win for the program, but there are plenty of names out there that would be big for the program as well if they choose to come to Georgia.
