The calendar has officially turned to March, menaing that spring ball is right around the corner for Georgia football. The spring practice season begins later this week on March 11 and will run until the Bulldogs' annual Spring Game on April 12. So this next month will surely be an exciting one for Georgia fans, especially considering Georgia basketball will be playing in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in a decade.

But even though spring practice is very exciting for the football team, there are a lot of questions surrounding this team heading into next season. So here are the top three that need to be answered throughout spring practice this next month.

1. Who is the leader in the quarterback competition?

Georgia is in a somewhat uncomfortable position where they have to name a new starter heading into the 2025 season. That doesn't mean the Bulldogs don't have great options in their quarterback room, but starting a new QB for the first time at a program like Georgia will always be a little scary.

The frontrunner to win the job is Gunner Stockton because he replaced Carson Beck after he got injured during the SEC Championship game, but redshirt freshman Ryan Puglisi won't go down without a fight. In fact, Puglisi likely has a better chance to win the job than people might think because of all the impressive things being said about him after last season.

But regardless of who wins the job, it would be nice for the competition between these two to be fierce. The starter doesn't need to be named after spring practice is complete, but the hope is that both guys will take a big step forward because of this competition.
