2. Recruiting

Georgia’s game against Tennessee was the first home game for UGA in over a month. That puts Georgia at a significant disadvantage when it comes to recruiting because they aren’t able to host their targets on campus like other teams have been able to.

But that all changed on Saturday. Georgia finally had a home game and took advantage of that by bringing in a lot of the top recruits in the country. And what better game for them to attend than this one.

The atmosphere was amazing, Georgia played extremely well, and every moment of the game was a spectacle that had to be seen. So if any recruit that was on campus was even remotely thinking about playing for Georgia, this game likely moved Georgia up their list and gave Kirby Smart and his staff a better chance to win their recruitment.

Georgia’s recruiting was already very strong, but games like this will make it that much better.
