Georgia football found a way to survive against Georgia Tech on Friday night. The Bulldogs seemed like they were on their way to a comfortable victory after leading the Yellow Jackets 13-3 at the half, but Georgia Tech did not go away with a fight in the second half.

At the end of the day though all that matters is winning, and that is what Georgia did by a 16-9 final score. But it's impossible to ignore the mixed bag of observations that emerged from this victory.

1. Gunner Stockton's struggles are a major concern

For the first time all season, Gunner Stockton really struggled. He had a few games this year where he didn't play his best, but Friday's win was the first time someone could argue that he played bad. And the fact it happened during the last game of the year right before postseason play begins is really concerning.

No one should be pushing the panic button just yet when it comes to Stockton because he has been a magnificent player all season. But this performance is reason enough for Georgia fans to be a little nervous heading into postseason play.
