Aaron Murray said the quiet part out loud about Mike Bobo’s resurgence

Georgia fans have been very critical of Offensive Coordinator Mike Bobo over the past year and a half. Last season Georgia fans were begging for him to be fired because of the issues seen in UGA's offense last season. But the tides have changed and Bobo has quickly proven everyone wrong and shown that he absolutely deserves to continue being in charge of the Bulldogs offense.

Georgia's offense is operating at an extremely high level this season, and the greatest example of that was seen in UGA's last game against Ole Miss where Bobo, Gunner Stockton and the entire offense tormented the Rebels all night long.

UGA fans have calmed down on the negativity towards Bobo in the past few weeks, but former Georgia superstar Aaron Murray called out the fanbase pleading with them to "leave Bobo alone."

It's obvious just from watching Georgia's offense the last few games that they have been much better this season. But what does the data say?

A new ranking of the most efficient offense in the country was just released earlier this week, and Georgia sits at No. 1 in the SEC. Not only does Georgia have the most efficient offense in the SEC, but they also were ranked No. 1 in the country as well.

So not only does Georgia look much better on offense with the naked eye, but the data backs it up as well. And while a wide range of people deserve credit for this, Bobo deserves more than anyone else. Bobo heard the criticism the fanbase had for him all last season, but instead of worring about what people think he put his head down and made Georgia's offense one of the best in the country.

This has put Georiga in a position where they have a great chance to repeat as SEC Champions and make a run in the College Football Playoff. And if Georgia does go on to win big the rest of this season, Bobo deserves all the credit in the world.
