Georgia football is continuing to push for the No. 1 recruiting class in the country. One piece to the puzzle that will help UGA accomplish that is getting four-star offensive lineman Breck Kolojay to commit to Georgia's 2026 recruiting class.

While Georgia fans wait to see if Kolojay ends up committing to UGA or not, a new report shows that he is a top priority for Kirby Smart which should greatly increase their chances in his recruitment.

Georgia continues to trend well with 4-star OL Breck Kolojay

Georgia fans know that a recruitment is extremely important whenever Smart gets heavily involved. And according to On3, that is exactly what is happening.

This fact alone should give Georgia fans a lot of confidence in UGA's chances to win this battle, but there are countless other reasons why Georgia sits in a good spot. The first reason is that current Georgia commit Zech Fort is Kolojay's high school teammate, so he likely is constantly in his ear about joining him at Georgia.

The Bulldogs also reportedly made a huge impression during their June official visit with Kolojay as well. Kolojay originally planned to wait until the fall during his senior season in high school to announce his commitment, but he shared that he is moving up that commitment timeline right after his official visit to Georgia in June.

Lastly, Georgia is the only team that holds an official prediction in their favor to win this recruitment as well.

Kolojay still has not shared what day he plans to announce his commitment, but all of these reasons should give Georgia fans a lot of confidence. The Bulldogs will have to continue to hold off programs like Ohio State, Tennessee and Miami (FL) who are pursuing Kolojay as well, but Georgia sits in a great spot with a potential commitment coming soon.
