Georgia football has a real dilemma in their running back room. To be fair it is a good problem to have, but Kirby Smart has to find a better way to manage his running backs.
Georgia is spoiled this seaon when it comes to their running back room because they have countless players who can make an impact. But Chaucney Bowens and Nate Frazier are the two Bulldogs who have separated themselves so far this season.
Frazier entered this season as the clear No. 1 running back and he has remained there all season, but Bowens has made a strong case for why he should be the lead back. And former Georgia legend David Pollack expressed that he believes that Smart needs to start rewarding Bowens by giving him more touches, and it's hard to disagree with him.
Can somebody please tag Kirby Smart, Mike Bobo, and Josh Crawford.

David Pollack says the quiet part out loud about Georgia's running back room
Georgia's win over Florida is the perfect example for why Bowens needs more carries than Frazier. Bowens tallied nine carries, 70 yards and one touchdown while Frazier totaled 12 carries, 45 yards and zero touchdowns. Not only did Bowens record more yards on less carries, but he also scored the game-winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter as well.
This trend has existed all season as their total stats paint the same picture. So far this year Bowens has more yards and touchdowns than Frazier while having less carries, so at some point Smart needs to recognize this and reward Bowens by naming him Georgia's new lead running back.
Both players should still remain the two main running backs featured for Georgia this season, but it's clear what Smart needs to do. If he is serious about taking Georgia's offense to the next level, he needs to take some of Frazier's carries and give them to Bowens because he has shown that he is the better player so far this season.
