Masters week is officially underway as the biggest golf tournament of the year is taking center stage in the sports world. This tournament holds a special place in Georgia's heart since it takes place in the Peach State, so Georgia fans will always be watching this event very closely throughout the week.

Fans normally tune in just to watch some golf, they don't expect to see one of their rivals get completely embarrassed on national television. Fortunately for Georgia the Florida Gators were the butt end of a hilarious joke that made watching the Masters that much better.

Shoutout ESPN reporter and Georgia alum Mack Schlabach for giving fans this hilarious moment.

“It’s been as dry around here as Florida’s trophy case since Tim Tebow walked away.”

Georgia alum Mark Schlabach roasts Florida live on TV during Masters coverage

All of the talk surrounding the Masters this week is that the course is gong to be extremely dry. Augusta hasn't had any rainfall in the past few weeks, so that is going to make the golf course much more difficult for the best golfers in the world to play.

Schlabach was doing his best live on ESPN to explain just how dry the course is, and the best comparison he could come up with was comparing it to Florida's trophy case since Tim Tebow left their program.

Everyone knows that Florida hasn't accomplished anything since Tebow left town, and a big reason for that is because of how great Georgia has become under Kirby Smart. The best part of all though is that Georgia isn't going anywhere anytime soon and it also doesn't look like Florida will get any better in the coming years either.

So their dry trophy case will more than likely continue to be dry for a very long time. Meanwhile Georgia's trophy case has never been more full and will seemingly keep growing every season.
