Outside of losing five-star quarterback Jared Curtis to Vanderbilt, Georgia has been able to survive Early Signing Day without much drama. In fact, a lot of things went their way as the Bulldogs earned three new commits on Wednesday alone.

But all good things must come to an end, and unfortunately for Georgia one of their last commits who is yet to sign has been predicted to flip to Michigan.

Georgia predicted to lose key 4-star WR commit

Brady Marchese is a four-star wide receiver from Georgia. According to the 247Sports composite rankings, he is the No. 134 overall player in the country. He also is the No. 20 wide receiver in the 2026 class and the No. 15 overall player from the Peach State.

Marchese committed to Georgia in March, but ever since then he has continued to stay in contact with Michigan. This includes when he took an official visit to Michigan this summer, but that wasn't enough for him to flip to the Wolverines. Unfortunately it appears he is ready to flip to Michigan as recruiting experts at Rivals and 247Sports have made that prediction.

Marchese is expected to sign on Thursday, so it looks like there won't be anything Georgia can do to change his mind and keep him in their class.

Losing this talented of a recruit will be tough to see, but Georgia does have two other elite receivers already singed to their 2026 class. This includes Ryan Mosley as well as Craig Dandridge who is a top 100 player in the country.

While it is impossible to deny that losing Marchese is bad, the Bulldogs have two very good receivers heading to Georgia next season. So out of all of the positions to lose a player wide receiver was probably one of the top options because their wide receiver room is still extremely healthy even without Marchese in it.
