Georgia moves up in updated AP Poll

The new AP Poll was released on Tuesday, and Georgia moved up one spot to No. 4. Ahead of the Bulldogs is Ohio State at No. 1 and Penn State at No. 2, but the team coming in at No. 3 was able to leapfrog Georgia to round out the top three.

That team is SEC rival LSU, who beat Clemson on the road 17-10 this past weekend.

No one can argue how good of a win this was, but was it worthy of them jumping multiple teams that won? This includes Georgia who did everything right against Marshall by beating them by 38 points.

At the end of the day this ranking doesn't really matter all that much, as long as Georgia keeps winning then they will eventually take over the top spot. But it is a little frustrating to see an SEC team move past Georgia when UGA had a good argument to be the new No. 3 team in the country.
