After witnessing Alabama football lose to Florida State in their season opener, the hope was that Georgia would be able to go out and steal some of Alabama's commits. Unfortunately most Crimson Tide recruits came out and said that loss will not impact their recruitment and they will be sticking with Alabama.
Georgia has the No. 2 recruiting class in the country right now, so even though it would have been nice to steal a recruit or two from Alabama it isn't the end of the world. However, one of Georgia's commits is getting a little too friendly with Alabama as they just planned a second visit fresh off an unofficial visit this past weekend.
Corey Howard committed to UGA in June as a raw 3-star prospect, but he continues to get better.

Alabama noticed. @howard_cor60160 just took an unofficial and has scheduled an OV to T-Town. The plot thickens.
What does Howard have to say about all that?https://t.co/M8ID7MpTFS pic.twitter.com/hubRzAoKOi
Corey Howard gives Georgia hope after scheduling Alabama visit
Corey Howard is a three-star defensive lineman who committed to Georgia on June 24. Since then Howard has been hearing from a few other schools, but he has remained faithful to Georgia and has even said those schools don't even compare to the Bulldogs.
Unfortunately it sounds like Alabama does compare to Georgia because he reportedly scheduled a future official visit to Alabama just days after his unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa this weekend.
While it is very concerning to see Howard schedule a second visit with Alabama, he did give UGA some hope when discussing his recent visit to Alabama with Georgia insider Jeff Sentell this week.
“A good school, but UGA feels better,” Howard shared via dawgnation.com this week.
That clearly shows Georgia is still the No. 1 team in his recruitment, but this recruitment is far from over since he is still making another trip to Alabama in the future. So the Bulldogs are going to have to work extra hard to keep Howard's commitment, but as it stands today UGA is still out and front and the team to beat.
