It feels like it's been ages since Georgia has received some good recruiting news. Over the last few weeks Georgia mostly has been dealt bad news on the recruiting trail, with the latest coming out of Alabama when the Crimson Tide stole EDGE commit Corey Howard.
So it's time for the Bulldogs to receive some good news on the trail, and that finally came in the form of a prediction for Georgia to land a commitment from three-star running back Jakeyveon Parker.

Georgia predicted to land 3-star RB
On3's Steve Wiltfong shared on Thursday that he believes Georgia will win Parker's recruitment. Wiltfong also stated that he believes Parker could announce his commitment very soon as well.
According to the 247Sports composite rankings, Parker is the No. 558 overall player in the country. He also is the No. 43 running back in the 2027 recruiting class and the No. 62 player from the Peach State.
As mentioned, Wiltfong shared that he believes Parker could announce his commitment soon. He didn't share any more details beyond that, but Parker will be visiting Georgia for their matchup against Texas on Nov. 15. So this feels like it could be the perfect time for him to commit to Kirby Smart and his staff before publicly committing to Georgia a few days later.
Only time will tell if this is a recruitment that Georgia wins, but there are clearly a lot of reasons to have high hopes.
It is still very early in the 2027 recruiting cycle, but Georgia already has four commits and the No. 6 class in the country, according to 247Sports. Parker could very well be the next recruit added to Georgia's class which would likely help the Bulldogs climb even higher in the rankings.
