It is hard to believe that Georgia football is already roughly halfway through spring ball. Spring ball is always one of the most exciting times for Georgia fans because it gives everyone a glimpse of what they can expect to see when the regular season rolls around in the fall.
The biggest event every year during spring ball is Georgia's final practice where they host their annual G-Day. This gives fans a chance to watch the team in person play in a glorified scrimmage, which is the last taste of UGA football that everyone will receive before the long offseason begins.
So with G-Day right around the corner, crucial information regarding the event has finally been released. This means that fans can officially start planning their trip to Athens to take G-Day in, which is always one of the most unique atmospheres every spring.
There unfortunately is some bad news this year regarding Georgia's G-Day, but that will be shared later. But here is all the information Georgia fans need to know to plan for the Bulldogs annual G-Day, as shared by Graham Coffey with Dawgs Central.
Date
Georgia's annual G-Day will take place on Saturday, April 12.
Time
Kickoff for G-Day is set for 1:00 pm EST with the team's Dawg Walk beginning at 11:50 am EST.
Price
Tickets will cost just $10 for this game with all tickets being general admission. The tickets will reportedly go on sale beginning March 31.
Coverage
As likely every Georgia fan knows by now, G-Day will unfortunately not be broadcast on TV this year. The game also will not be streamed online either. Kirby Smart recently blamed the TV network for this decision, but regardless it is a shame that fans at home will be unable to watch.
However, fans that are not attending the game can listen to radio coverage of G-Day on the Georgia Bulldog Radio Network.
