Kirby Smart and Georgia football continue to push for another QB commit in the 2025 class. The Bulldogs fell short last week with a five-star QB, but Smart and his staff are not allowing that to ruin their hopes of finding another QB to add to the class.

Georgia once again had a lot of recruits visiting Athens this weekend when UGA beat UMass 59-21, and one of those recruits was QB Hezekiah Millender. Millender did not have an offer from Georgia yet, but that all changed one day after his visit to Athens this weekend.

3-star QB Hezekiah Millender

Millender is a three-star QB from Georgia's backyard in Athens, GA. Millender may not be the highest ranked recruit in the world as the 2247Sports composite rankings have him as the No. 1,244 overall player in the country and No. 72 QB in his class, but that isn't stopping Smart and his staff from targeting him on the recruiting trail.

Millender has been committed to Boise State since Aug. 20, but it will be interesting to see if he decides to change his mind now. It's hard to imagine that Millender didn't grow up a massive Georgia fan with dreams of playing for the Bulldogs one day considering he is from Athens, so that is definitely on Georgia's side here. But at the same time, UGA did take this long to offer him while Boise State has been interested in him for much longer, so it wouldn't be shocking to see him honor his commitment to Boise State for that reason.

Boise State is also have a great season this year as well, so there are a lot of reasons for Millender to stay committed to Boise State.

We will find out soon enough what Millender decides to do because the early signing period is about to begin. But at the end of the day, even if Millender doesn't flip to Georgia, the Bulldogs still have four-star Ryan Montgomery in their class who is a more than solid piece on his own.
