Georgia football and Kirby Smart just put on their biggest recruiting event of 2025 this weekend. The Bulldogs hosted more than 22 elite players on Saturday for their first Junior Day of the year, and by all accounts this event went extremely well.

Many of the recruits who were on campus had great things to say after their visit was complete, and while that is great to see there is one question every Georgia fan wants to know that answer to. Will Georgia earn commitments from any of these players?

While the answer to that question isn’t 100 percent known right now, Georgia appears to be on the verge of earning a commitment from one of the players that was on campus this weekend.

4-star ATH Ryan Mosley

Ryan Mosley is a four-star ATH from Carrollton, GA who was on campus for Georgia’s Junior Day this weekend. This visit apparently went extremely well because Steve Wiltfong with On3 placed an official prediction for Mosley to commit to Georgia.

Mosley is one of the top players in the 2026 recruiting class as On3 has him as the No. 160 overall player in the country. He also is the No. 12 player at his position and the No. 19 player from Georgia.

While On3 has him listed as an ATH, 247Sports projects Mosley to play running back at the collegiate level.

There is no indication that Mosley will commit anytime soon, and this commitment could realistically happen much later in the summer. But this prediction shows that Georgia is the clear leader in this recruitment, and typically when that’s the case then it’s just a matter of time until the player commits to Georgia.

And hopefully that happens sooner rather than later so UGA can build more momentum with their recruiting class.
