Georgia football is coming off a massive win against Tennessee this past weekend 31-17, but they now have to turn the page and get ready for their next game. That can sometimes be a difficult thing to do after such an emotional win, but thankfully UGA has UMass up next.

UMass is only 2-8 so far this season, so this will potentially be the easiest game for Kirby Smart and Georgia this season. But it's still important that Georgia still plays extremely well and wins by a large margin, because even a close win could really hurt their chances or seeding in the College Football Playoff.

As one would probably guess, Georgia is a massive favorite over UMass, but just how much of a favorite are they?

Current Georgia vs. UMass odds

As of Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 5:00 am EST, Georgia is a whopping 42.5 point favorite over UMass on FanDuel Sportsbook. The over-under is also set at 55.5 points for this game. ESPN's Football Power Index also gives Georgia a 99 percent chance of beating UMass on Saturday as well.

Georgia vs. UMass prediction

This is one of those games where it is important for Georgia to jump out to a massive lead as early as possible. UGA needs to treat this game as a bye week in the sense of needing to give their starters and major contributors as much rest as possible. So the sooner they can build a big lead and sit on the sideline so UGA's third and fourth string players can get some playing time the better.

Also in Georgia's favor is that UMass just fired head coach Don Brown on Monday. The talent gap between these two teams is already very large, but the fact that UMass is without their head coach now will make things even more difficult for them.

So expect Georgia to get off to a fast start before they turn on cruise control to finish this game. UGA may have issues covering the 42.5 point spread, but that is likely due to them taking their foot of the gas early in this game.

Prediction: Georgia wins 45-3
