And three is company... With Somto Cyril expected to join Dylan James and now Jeremiah Wilkinson in the transfer portal, Mike White is losing complete and utter control of his Georgia basketball program. This is the worst day for a man named Mike White since one found out Jack Black/Dewey Finn was pretending to be him as Ned Schneebly at a hoity-toity prep school in the School of Rock.
Cyril is the latest Dawg to stick it to the man that is White for letting a magical season go up in flames.

James hit the portal late last week, while Wilkinson announced his intentions of entering the transfer portal again on Monday. If Georgia does end up losing Cyril, that is going to be devastating for them defensively and in transition offense. The big man down low was the ultimate bully during SEC play. He may get a tad too hot-headed, but he was the straw that stirred the drink for them defensively.
The All-SEC defender leaves UGA after averaging 9.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks per game.
Mike White's Georgia Bulldogs are in utter disarray because of the portal
While some may argue that Blue Cain is this team's heart, the Swiss Army knife in the UGA backcourt is the team's lifeblood. He is not the most talented player, but he is the one to sacrifice for the greater good on White's team. Wilkinson may be the best player, but Cyril is the one who gave the Bulldogs their occasional bite. If everybody was coming back, this would have been such a tremendous team.
That being said, seeing Georgia come up absolutely dead in tis Round of 64 drubbing at the hands of the Saint Louis Billikens, you could tell something was up. Wilkinson and Marcus Millender questioned the team's toughness and willingness to get ready before the game. It might not have cost White his job just yet, but he will be entering next season under some incredibly challenging circumstances.
At this time, Cyril is going to be a huge commodity in the portal. If he can play within himself, nobody is going to be able to stop him down low on either end of the floor. The worst part in all of this is if he were to transfer in-conference, he is going to save something extra fierce when taking on Georgia. This all comes back to the point that White needed to get this team into the Round of 32 this spring.
With the transfer portal opening up in a week, expect more and more Georgia players to enter it soon.
