Georgia is on a tear on the recruiting trail right now. Just last week they earned a commitment from the No. 1 running back in the country, and they are on the verge of landing another big fish in the 2027 recruiting class.
Brock Williams is a four-star tight end and the No. 2 overall recruit in the country at his position. He has announced a top three consisting of Georgia, Texas and Ohio State, and with a decision date looming it was time for UGA to make their final move.
That final move consisted of hosting Williams last week on a visit to Athens, and that visit apparently went very well because Georgia was just predicted to win his recruitment.
#Georgia has just received a prediction to land 4-star TE Brock Williams from Austin Wells from Inside Texas on ON3. 🐶👀

Georgia receives great news from nation's No. 2 tight end
An official commitment date is not known for Williams. However, when he announced his top three schools a few weeks ago word came out that he was planning to announce a final decision soon. So that could mean any day now or it could still be a few weeks away, but Williams is closing in on a final decision.
So the fact that Georgia received this prediction last week shows that this recruitment could be over.
Obviously Georgia still needs to get this recruitment to the finish line. There have been countless recruitments that looked like were going their way only for the player to change their mind at the last second and head elsewhere. So while there is still a chance that happens it is looking more and more like Georgia will come out on top.
Georgia is stacked at tight end. Last recruiting class they added two players inside the top 10 at the position, and it looks like they are going to do the same with Williams.
So be sure to watch his name closely because Williams could be coming off the board very soon.
