Georgia landed the biggest commitment possible on Monday when the No. 1 quarterback in the country, Jared Curtis, announced his commitment to Georgia.
While landing Curtis is massive for so many reasons, it really won't mean much if UGA can't put talent around him. So even though Georgia landed the best QB in the 2026 class, their work is far from done in this recruiting class.
So who is Georgia targeting now and who could be the next commit on the offensive side of the ball? The most likely candidate is Jackson Cantwell, who is a five-star offensive tackle announcing his commitment on May 13. But there is another name to now pay close attention to that has been predicted to commit to Georgia by On3's Jake Reuse.
#Georgia has just received a prediction to land 5-star TE Mark Bowman by Jake Reuse of DawgsHQ. πΆπ

5-star TE Mark Bowman predicted to commit to Georgia
Mark Bowman is a five-star tight end from Santa Ana, CA. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Bowman is the No. 22 overall player in the country. He also is the No. 2 tight end in the 2026 recruiting class and the No. 4 overall player from California.
While a commitment date has not been shared yet for Bowman, Georgia has still received a prediction to land the talented pass catcher.
Bowman would be the second pass catcher from California to commit to Georgia this cycle as four-star wide receiver Vance Spafford is also from California. He also would be the second tight end commit of the class as well, joining Lincoln Keyes from Michigan.
Georgia is going to have to hold off some elite programs like Alabama, USC, Texas and Oregon if they are going to win this recruitment, but things are looking very good right now for UGA to add another elite threat for Curtis to throw to for the foreseeable future in Athens.
