Georgia football is a few weeks away from beginning their run in the College Football Playoff. Things are looking very promising for the Bulldogs as they are one of the favorites to win it all this season, but Georgia's odds of winning a national title took a hit on Friday as two Bulldogs were arrested on shoplifting charges.

Freshman offensive lineman Dontrell Glover and running back Bo Walker were the two Bulldogs arrested on Friday, and this news couldn't have come at a worse time for two major contributors.

2 Bulldogs arrested at worst possible time

Glover is a freshman offensive lineman who is having an impressive season. It isn't often that a freshman comes in and dominates on the offensive line, but that is exactly what Glover has done. So much so that he was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team earlier this week.

Walker did not make the All-Freshman team, but he has been a great player for Georgia this year as well. He has been sitting behind Nate Frazier and Chauncey Bowens on the depth chart, but he has still been able to find his moments where he has been a big contributor. In four games this year Walker has run the ball 22 times for 100 yards and three touchdowns. Those three touchdowns all came in the same game against Charlotte which shows just how great he can be.

It's unclear if any further legal action will be handed out to either player. There also hasn't been a statement made on any potential punishment from Georgia as well. If either player isn't available to play throughout the playoff then that could really impact Georgia's chances of winning a national title, but with so little information known at this time it isn't clear if that is a possibility or not.
