Georgia's first injury report for their upcoming game against Florida was released Wednesday night, and in that report they got some good news.
Over the past few weeks Georgia has a had a handful of key players ruled out. This includes defensive back KJ Bolden, running back Chauncey Bowens and wide receiver Isiah Canion. Their status remained uncertain throughout their bye week, but on Wednesday all three were listed as questionable to play this weekend against Florida.

Georgia's bye week plans may have worked to perfection
Kirby Smart spoke earlier this week at his Monday press conference about how they handled their bye week differently this season. In the past their bye week practice schedule was relatively the same to what a typical week during the season looks like, but this year was different. This year Smart decided to give his team more time off as they only practiced on Tuesday and Thursday.
The obvious goal in this is to try and get his team as healthy as possible, especially the players who are already injured. That appears to have worked now that these three players' status has improved heading into this weekend.
It remains to be seen if Bolden, Bowens or Canion will be able to play this weekend, but either way it is good to see their health improve. This means that even if they can't go this weekend there is still a good chance they'll be back soon, maybe even before Georgia travels to Ole Miss the following week.
Florida isn't getting as lucky on their injury report
While Georgia's injury report revealed some good news for UGA, the Gators didn't get so lucky. One of their best wide receivers is trending to make their return after missing the last three games, but their top two quarterbacks are both questionable for Saturday's game.
Aaron Philo is Florida's preferred starter who has played all but one game for the Gators this season. He missed their last game two weeks ago at Texas, but their backup Tramell Jones stepped in and led them to victory.
They both however entered the bye week with injuries, and those injuries are still impacting them enough where they may not even be able to play this weekend. Florida head coach Jon Sumrall however did share earlier this week that they were both practicing, so it seems likely that one of them will be able to play.
Both quarterbacks are more than capable of beating Georgia this weekend. They both however have shown a lot of weaknesses as well, but from Georgia's perspective they could get lucky and not have to face either this weekend.
