Georgia is just weeks away from kicking off their 2025 season, and while their first opponent may not be quite as exciting, their SEC opener is. The Bulldogs will hit their road for their SEC opener as they will take on the Tennessee Volunteers on September 13 in Neyland Stadium, and fans are ready to invade Knoxville.
Dawg Nation, a Georgia sports network, is planning a whole party around invading Knoxville and is even selling shirts for the occasion. This party will include a riverboat tailgate, food, drinks, and live shows. The host of Dawg Nation, the podcast, Brandon Adams, will be there to lead the event as well.
This is just another way for Georgia fans to converse and truly take over Tennessee's stadium to cause as much noise for the Volunteers as possible. This is the best way to get Vol Nation terrified and off their game before the matchup.
DawgNation is invading Knoxville in style. Riverboat tailgate. Food. Drinks. Live shows. Brandon Adams & the crew will be on board. You don’t want to miss this.

Kirby Smart will look to stay undefeated again Josh Heupel at Tennessee
Josh Heupel was hired at Tennessee back in January of 2021 and has since coached three seasons with the Volunteers. In that time, Heupel has never been able to get a win against Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs.
Heupel at SEC Media Days this year even admitted that his coaching against the Bulldogs has not been what it needs to be for Tennessee to have success against them. So, for Smart, all he really needs to do is go and play the game he has always played against Tennessee, at least for the last three years.
