A game time for Georgia's showdown at Ole Miss on Nov. 7 was just announced, and the Bulldogs once again will have to face an elite opponent on the road under the lights. This not only will make beating the Rebels even more difficult, but it's a slap in UGA's face because the SEC so far this season has refused to give them a night game at home.

Georgia however will have to dig deep because beating Ole Miss is a must this year so they can get some revenge, but facing them at night will not be easy.

What time do Georgia and Ole Miss play?

Kickoff between Georgia and Ole Miss is scheduled for 3:30 pm EST. This game will air on ABC and will be available to be streamed on the ESPN app and Fubo TV as well.

Georgia will have to overcome a road night game for the second time this season

Ole Miss is the second biggest game of the season for Georgia. Their biggest game was a few weeks ago at Alabama which also was a night game. This is good news for Georgia because they have experience winning a massive game on the road under the lights this season, but they're going to have to find a way to do it again at Ole Miss.

Night games are when environments are at their peak in the SEC. Every stadium is much more difficult to play in at night, and that is especially the case at a school like Ole Miss who is having another good year. Ole Miss however will have even more to play for in this game because they already have two losses, so if they slip up a third time their chances of making the playoff could be gone.

This will likely make the Ole Miss fans be even louder throughout the game, but that is something Georgia will be ready for.

Georgia may go the entire season without a home night game

Georgia has played five games at home this season and so far they have had zero night games. This isn't due to a lack of big games because they've played Oklahoma and Auburn at home along with a Vanderbilt team that was full of intriguing story lines. Instead the SEC has refused to give them a night game while making them play their most difficult road games under the lights all year long.

Georgia still has two more home games this season that could be at night. Their season finale against Georgia Tech probably won't be at night because the Yellow Jackets are a disaster this year, but they could get a night game when they host Missouri in two weeks.

Missouri is just barely ranked inside the top 25 right now, so it would be ideal if they could string some wins together to make this matchup even more intriguing.

Right now Georgia and Missouri will either be a late afternoon kickoff (3:30 pm EST) or a night game. Georgia deserves one home night game this season as the best team in the conference, but the SEC has made poor decisions in the past and they could definitely do them dirty again.
