Gunner Stockton is not the flashy cool of a certain Lambo-driving quarterback down in South Beach, but he exudes a boy-next-door coolness factor that is endearing. It's why Georgia fans love him and believe he is the next great quarterback for the Bulldogs.

Not only does Stockton appear to be Georgia’s next great QB, but these three facts Georgia fans may not know about him crank up his coolness.

1. He drives an old F150

Stockton got his truck, a 1984 Ford F-150 with 300,000 miles on it, from his grandfather. It needed a lot of work, but he enjoys driving it. Georgia fans can more easily identify with this than a quarter million dollar sports car.

2. His sister's name is Georgia

Not a joke. She's a former basketball player at Presbyterian College, calls herself a fitness influencer, and owns a planning business for luxury clients. Perhaps his parents like names that begin with G, but Georgia fans are thankful for all the Stockton children.

3. Stockton got a bull and cows for Christmas

He asked for such a present back when he was in high school. His family lovingly gave him a bull, five calves, and five heifers as a gift. Tending to them as part of his after school work is likely what build the great work ethic Georgia fans see today in practice and in games like the nail biting win against Tennessee.

Realities like this are important to know about people, especially athletic leaders like Stockton. They help Georgia fans understand the player as a person, who has a life and is more than what he can do on Saturdays between the hedges. And besides, facts like these just make a lovable guy like Stockton more appreciated and looked up to as a leader who can get people to perform at their highest level on the football field.
