It is almost official visit season in college football recruiting adn the Georgia Bulldogs are always one to watch, not just for commitments, but flipping already committed players. Kirby Smart is already working on committed players, the first one being four-star wide receiver Ah'Mari Stevens.

Stevens committed to Miami in January of 2025, but recently released his top five schools, as well as his plans for upcoming official visits. Smart is going to get his chance to flip Stevens when he makes his official visit on June 5, which will be his third of four official visits to the wide receiver set.

Georgia is not the only school Stevens is continuing to look at, even with his commitment to Miami. The four-star wide receiver will also take visits to LSU, Miami, and Texas. There is no official visit with Tennessee, even though the Volunteers were in Stevens' top five schools. Georgia will be after Miami, which could be good for Smart as he tries to sway the pass catcher to Athens.

Kirby Smart could use another wide receiver commit in the Class of 2027

As of right now, Smart only has one wide receiver commit in the Class of 2027, and that is three-star Aden Starling. Flipping Stevens' commitment from Miami would be a big help for the wide receiver room in Athens going forward.

Stevens is a Miami native, and he currently attends Chaminade-Madonna High School, the same school that stars Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith went to. As of right now, Stevens is the No. 31 wide receiver in the Class of 2027, according to 247Sports. He runs track in high school as well, which shows his speed and ability to run routes well.

Smart will have to do some heavy lifting to get Stevens to flip, but cleary, he is open to it.
