Kirby Smart seems like the type of coach that would really get after his players after a loss. However, when the loss ends their season like Georgia's loss to Ole Miss Thursday night there really is no point to get upset at his team.

So what was the message he shared with his team? His message in the locker room reportedly was very simple, but it was a bit harsh at the same time.

"Take it like a man."

What else is Smart supposed to say? Georgia had every chance to win this game, but Ole Miss undeniably was the better team. So all that Georgia can do is tip their caps to the Rebels and deal with this loss "like a man."

What does that actually mean though? This means that players shouldn't spend their time complaining about bad calls the officials made or blaming othes for mistakes they made during the game. That will never help anyone even if this wasn't Georgia's last game of the season, but it is especially pointless now that their season is over.

No matter how Georgia reacts to this loss this will be a tough game to overcome. The Bulldogs were riding high entering this matchup and looked like a team that could win it all. Unfortunately they ran into a red hot Ole Miss team who had Trinidad Chambless who put on one of the best performances from a quarterback in CFP history.

All that's left for Georgia to do is lick their wounds and head into the offseason and try to get better. They will always be a program that will compete on the biggest stages, so next year could very well be the year they get back on top of the college football world.
