Georgia football hasn't had the best of luck when it comes to recruiting five-star quarterbacks. They are able to earn a lot of commitments from these recruits, but they never seem to be able to hold onto them to signing day.

Just a few weeks ago Jared Curtis flipped his commitment from Georgia to Vanderbilt, and two years ago Dylan Raiola did the same when he went to Nebraska. So when it comes to five-star quarterbacks, Georgia just can't seem to close the deal.

That however may no longer be the case as the nation's No. 1 recruit in the 2028 class is a five-star quarterback who appears as locked in with Georgia as possible.

5-star QB Jayden Wade is locked in with Georgia

Jayden Wade is a five-star quarterback and the No. 1 recruit in the 2028 recruiting class. He also has already made the decision to commit to Georgia as he announced that decision last month.

Since committing to Georgia he has been all in on the Bulldogs. He continues to send out post after post on social media expressing just how locked in he is with Georgia which is seen in the above social media post.

This isn't the first time he has mentioned Georgia online since committing either as he was celebrating after the Bulldogs beat Alabama in the SEC Championship game as well.

So in a time when Georgia isn't quite able to get to the finish line with a five-star quarterback, it's looking like they have a great chance to get there with Wade. There are still two years left in his recruitment, so that is unfortunately a lot of time for another program to come in and change his mind. But as it stands today he is completely locked in with Georgia and it doesn't look like anyone can do a thing about it.
